New ShipDespite tough economic times, cruise lines worldwide have increased capacityby approximately 7% and continue to add new ships to their portfolios. Early in the year, the Costa Deliziosa;  MSC’s Magnifica; and  the Avalon Felicity and Luminary from Avalon Waterways are all scheduled to set sail. NCL’s Epic will launch next summer with its plethora of entertainment options. And, In the fall, Cunard’s Queen Elizabeth will embark on her maiden voyage from Southampton, U.K. to the Caribbean. Celebrity, Holland America and Royal Caribbean will also be putting new vessels to sea next year. So, choices and new experiences are abundant.

Cruise lines continue to improve upon onboard cuisine and give passengers more choices.
